With our due-diligence in selecting the best firm, these attributes were brought to our attention by other colleagues around the country. Radiation Oncology is a small world and what appealed to us most was Joe Ciaramitaro, President of Corporate Search Inc. personal involvement and networking over the last several years within our specific industry. Over the years I have seen Joe present at several different important Oncology functions throughout the country and knew he was well connected to the candidate population. We had an immediate need to fill an entire staff for our new state of the art flagship facility. It was extremely important to our investors, the community, and our patients, that we hire the very best staff and establish a dynamic, compassionate team.
